Let’s get warm & cozy in our kitchen as you learn how to prepare a French-inspired menu pour deux in this fun & hands on Celebration of the new year! Our Chef will cover essential French cooking techniques, from emulsifying a vinaigrette dressing and reducing pan sauce to searing beef and cooking delicious vegetables. Then we’ll whip egg whites and melt chocolate for a lighter-than-air mousse that’s perfect for sharing! Join us and enjoy a great new years date night celebration French Style!
