Chef will lead you on a culinary journey to Italy as you learn how to prepare one of his favorite meals. You will learn cooking methods and techniques like sous vide, pan searing, making rissotto, & baking! You’ll enjoy roasted pepper and ricotta bruschetta, a creamy lobster risotto made with white wine, and a Tuscan-style New York strip steak with grilled asparagus. We will even make a delicious classic olive oil cake for dessert. Best of all you will get to eat what we prepare in class!
