Let’s get cozy in our kitchen as we prepare a delicious seasonal French-inspired steak dinner pour deux in this fun & hands on experience where you’ll gather with other couples while making new friends & interacting with our Chef! We will show you essential French cooking techniques, from emulsifying a vinaigrette dressing and reducing pan sauce to searing beef and cooking delicious vegetables. Then we’ll whip egg whites and melt chocolate for a lighter-than-air mousse that’s perfect for sharing! Get ready for an entertaining, fun, & exciting evening of cooking, eating, and sipping!
