Enjoy a culinary tour of the Big Easy without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands-on, and interactive class! Our Chef will walk you through a culinary celebration Louisiana style as we prepare authentic gumbo and beignets using the freshest ingredients available! Throw in some fresh baked bread and you have got one incredible learning experience! Best of all you get to eat what we make in class.
