Cast iron cooking is not just for Grandma anymore! In this fun, hands-on, and interactive class you will learn the ins and outs of cast iron care and cooking! Our Chef will show you how well this time-tested cookware handles everything from searing proteins and vegetables to making delicious desserts. We will also show you how to season and care for your cast iron pans and dutch ovens. This class will surely help you to up your cast iron cooking game at home!
