Would you like to learn how to prepare your very own hibachi using the freshest ingredients and techniques that will result in a delicious Japanese-inspired meal that your entire family can enjoy at home? Then let’s get our Hibachi on! Hibachi is believed to have first originated from around 794 during the Heian period in Japan. It is a Japanese style of cooking that cooks meat, vegetables, and seafood over a high-heat metal cooking plate. Our Chef Instructor will guide you as we prepare an amazing menu of fried rice, lo mein noodles, sweet carrots, shrimp, hibachi vegetables, bean sprouts, and beef tenderloin! Oh and don’t forget Chef’s special Yum Yum Sauce! Best of all you will get to eat what is prepared in class!
