Enjoy learning about some popular French pastries in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Our pastry chef will teach you to how make amazingly versatile pâte à choux dough. We will then use this dough to create cream puffs and eclairs! We will also learn how to make fruit pastries and savory cheesy bacon pinwheels. Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class and everyone will go home with a box of pastries!
