During this fun, hands on, and interactive class we will “rise” to the occasion with an array of seasonal winter inspired breads! Our Pastry Chef will demonstrate and guide you through the process of making the dough, fermenting, proofing, forming, shaping, scoring, and baking a variety of breads. We will also discuss various flour and yeast types and which are best for the kind of bread we will be making. You will learn all the techniques “kneaded” to make fresh, artisan-quality bread on your own! Best of all there will be plenty of bread to sample in class and everyone will go home with a fresh baked loaf of bread to share with family and friends!
