Tuscany is regarded as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and of the foundations of the Italian language full of culture and great food. In this class you’ll enjoy helping to prepare a menu full of authentic and delicious courses straight from the Tuscany region of Italy. Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class.
