From Cajun shrimp and andouille crostini to seared grouper with a crawfish etouffee sauce, you’ll learn the secrets to creating these delicious dishes start to finish. End the night on a decadent note with classic New Orleans bread pudding with bourbon sauce! Our Chef’s menu offers a tantalizing glimpse into the diverse and rich tapestry of NOLA cuisine, blending influences from French, Spanish, and Cajun traditions. Menu:

  • Cajun Shrimp and Andouille Crostini: This appetizer sets the tone with the bold and spicy flavors of Cajun cuisine. The combination of juicy shrimp, smoky andouille sausage, and crispy crostini creates a mouthwatering start to the meal.
