Ravioli is an Italian pasta dish made by stuffing squares or rounds of pasta dough with a filling. This dish is extremely popular outside Italy and is best when made with homemade dough and fresh fillings. In this class we will do just that! Chef will walk you through the preparation process of making his famous semolina pasta dough. Then we will roll, fill, and cut our ravioli. Chef will share his tips and techniques on how to cook and serve ravioli in a variety of ways such as in brodo and in sauce. Then we will all enjoy the fruits of our labor!
